The average sales price rose 0.76% YoY from $523,222 to $527,204,

The average price per square foot declined from $213.46 to $209.28.

Median price declined 0.49% YoY from $407,000 to $405,000,

Median price per square foot declined from $198.62 to $193.14.

Months inventory for single-family homes rose from 3.8 to 4.7 months supply.

Days to sell rose from 78 to 86.
