Single-Family Homes SUMMARY

Sales volume for single-family homes increased 3.17% YoY from 6,150 to 6,345 transactions. Year-to-date sales reached a total of 12,430 closed listings.

Dollar volume rose from $2.44 billion to $2.87 billion.
The average sales price rose 14.2% YoY from $396,654 to $452,987, while the average price per square foot subsequently rose from $160.59 to $196.85.

Median sales price rose 21.59% YoY from $314,000 to $381,785, while the median price per square foot also rose from $150.61 to $188.01.
Months inventory for single-family homes declined from 0.8 to 0.6 months supply.

Days to sell declined from 72 to 65.
