Dollar volume dipped from $2.83 billion to $2.76 billion.

The average sales price rose 1.44% YoY from $483,224 to $490,205

The average price per square foot subsequently rose from $203.30 to $205.91.

Median price declined 0.19% YoY from $392,550 to $391,800.

The median price per square foot also rose from $193.29 to $193.82.

Months inventory for single-family homes rose from 2.5 to 2.9 months supply

Days to sell did not change from November 2022.
