Year-to-date sales reached a total of 37,317 closed listings.

Dollar volume rose from $4.08 billion to $4.9 billion.

The average sales price rose 20.01% YoY from $447,888 to $537,515

The average price per square foot subsequently rose from $176.92 to $221.02.

Median price rose 22.62% YoY from $356,000 to $436,510

The median price per square foot also rose from $165.09 to$207.95.

Months inventory for single-family homes rose from 0.9 to 1.3 months supply.

Days to sell declined from 56 to 53.
