Year-to-date sales reached a total of 77,845 closed listings.

Dollar volume dipped from $3.7 billion to $3.22 billion.

The average sales price rose 11.67% YoY from $431,456 to $481,787

The average price per square foot subsequently rose from $182.61 to $205.43.

The Median price rose 11.11% YoY from $360,000 to $400,000,

The median price per square foot also rose from $174.23 to $195.10.

Months inventory for single-family homes rose from 1.1 to 2.5 months supply

Days to sell rose from 59 to 71.
