The average sales price rose 3.93% YoY from $479,983 to $498,856,

The average price per square foot rose from $205.85 to $208.85.

Median price did not change from September 2022.

The median price per square foot declined from $198.22 to $197.04.

Months inventory for single-family homes rose from 2.4 to 2.8 months supply.

Days to sell rose from 68 to 77.
