The Three P’s of Successful Home Selling:

Thorough PLANNING, meticulous PREPARATION, and PARTNERING with a knowledgeable realtor are key to achieving success.

Here’s what awaits you when you tap into my industry expertise and my Comprehensive Home-Selling Plan.
Once our partnership is official, I will promptly begin assisting you in achieving your goal of selling your house. Below is a brief overview of the path to a successful sale.

The Comprehensive Home-Selling Plan

1. I will conduct a thorough analysis of the current Dallas-Fort Worth real estate market, focusing specifically on the subdivision where your property is located. This detailed information will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the overall market conditions.

2. I will prepare a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA), which estimates a home’s value based on recently sold comparable properties. This will provide you with a preliminary estimate of your property’s potential market price.

3. I will assess the condition of your property and provide recommendations for improvements that could enhance its appeal to a broader range of homebuyers.

4. Should you decide to undertake improvements such as painting, repairs, or cleanup, I will assist you in finding qualified vendors to carry out these enhancements.

5. Once the property is ready, I will create a comprehensive set of digital assets to ensure a successful home sale. My package always exceeds the standard offerings of most realtors. It includes aerial photos and videos, high-quality images, a 3D Virtual Tour (Matterport scan), a detailed property video, and more.

6. Once the digital assets are prepared, including professional photographs, virtual tours, and detailed property descriptions, I will list your home on the MLS. This comprehensive listing will ensure maximum visibility to potential buyers and real estate agents, increasing your chances of a quick and successful sale.

7. As your home is now listed on MLS, I will initiate a comprehensive marketing strategy to attract potential homebuyers. I will utilize social media platforms, email campaigns, and targeted online advertising to reach a wider audience. Open houses and private showings will be scheduled to give buyers a firsthand experience of your property. By leveraging these tools, we aim to generate maximum interest and secure the best possible offer for your home.

8. I will manage all offers and negotiate the best possible outcome for you, leveraging my RENE designation to ensure success.

9. I will guide you through the entire process, from contract to closing. As a seller, you will stay one step ahead of the homebuyer, fully informed about what to expect at every stage.

10. The process isn’t complete until the deal is closed. I will be with you at the closing to ensure all paperwork is signed and finalized.
